Servicing
Although we do operate a two years parts and labour warranty, we will always look at an older alarm that is not working as it should.
The components we use are built to withstand Mother Nature but are not infallible.
Should the worst happen, we are happy for you to send the alarm back for us to have a look at.
We will repair or replace parts as necessary and get your Billy’s Backbiter functional again for a small fee.
We also hold a small number of spare parts for your arms.
